Dave Little is a third-generation master bootmaker in San Antonio, Texas. His boots are richly decorated with Western motifs. Bulls, playing cards, cacti, roses, horseshoes and eagles are indissolubly connected to the Wild West.

By the time the boots are finished, the sole sandpapered and wax-polished by hand, they have undergone over one hundred different procedures. The uppers are made of all kinds of leather; from calf to alligator and from ant-eater to eel.
